This plate mount between the engine block and bellhousing. Ford original part - Works with 1983 to 1995 T-5 Bellhousings as well as 1979+ SROD - Single Rail Overdrive 4 speed transmissions with D9ZC-6394-BA bellhousing and Tremec transmission with this D9ZC-6394-BA bellhousing.
