This is the front support bracket from engine's water pump to power steering pump bracket 351W V8 Ford original part: C7AA-3C511-C

This is correct power steering front bracket for 1969 351W engines only. This bracket will physically work with any 1967 1968 289 or 302 engine, but for 1969 the bracket should not have a large stamped hole through the middle. In the Ford Master Part Catalog C7AZ-3C511-A, same part number as the 289/302 bracket with the deletion of the large hole. Ford intended to have a casting number stamped on these brackets and it would be C7AA-3C511-C. For restoration purposes, this bracket was factory painted satin black.
